Joe (The "JO" in MOJO), our Project Manager, brings over 15 years of construction expertise to the team. With hands-on experience managing a portfolio of local rental properties, Joe has an in-depth understanding of the essential systems that make a home function smoothly.

How it works
Home renovations can be stressful, we get it. We’ve streamlined our process to make sure that our clients get the best experience with as little stress as possible.
We’re more than just residential renovators; we’re partners in your vision. With a boutique approach and a commitment to excellence, we make the renovation process enjoyable, collaborative, and stress free. From design to execution, we’re with you every step of the way.
Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to secure your spot on our schedule and to book your initial design consultation. (Additional design sessions will be provided at no extra charge.)
Demo Day: When we officially start the project, the next 25% payment is due.
Remaining Balance: Due upon completion of the project.
HOW ARE YOUR PAYMENT PLANS STRUCTURED?
Initial Consultation: We’ll begin by scheduling a consultation to discuss your needs, preferences, and objectives for the project. This helps us understand your vision and set clear expectations.
Concept Development: Following our initial discussion, we’ll create design concepts, including mood boards, that capture your style and the functional requirements for your space.
Design Review: We’ll arrange a meeting to present the Mood Boards and give you ample time to review the options. You’ll have the opportunity to make selections and provide feedback.
Procurement: Once you’ve made your choices, we’ll proceed with ordering all necessary materials and items for the project, including cabinetry, vanities, flooring, lighting, hardware, and more.
Implementation: After the items are ordered, we’ll confirm the project start date. Our project manager will work closely with you to coordinate and manage the installation process to ensure everything is executed smoothly.
WHAT'S THE DESIGN PROCESS LIKE?
Design Sessions: Our designer will be available to create mood boards, provide design options that match your style and ordering materials throughout the project.
Project Management: Our project manager will monitor progress, coordinate with contractors, and maintain direct communication with you to ensure the project stays on track.
